The order was completed several weeks ago, yet we still have not received the invoice.
We have sent multiple emails regarding this issue, but unfortunately, none of them have received a response.
In addition, the Bio Island Zinc included in the same order had a very short expiry date. We also raised this concern by email, but again received no reply.
This lack of response and follow-up is extremely disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience to our business.
We expect the invoice to be provided immediately, along with a clear explanation regarding the expiry issue. Please treat this matter as urgent.
